get to know me
Hi! I’m Brianne but those close to me, call me Bre.! I’m a creative marketing strategist and operations professional with a heavy sprinkle of design who has spent 20+ years inside the real estate and home building industries.
I’m also someone… you could say, who has been not-so-quietly obsessed with how things look and feel since before that was even a career.
My roots go back further than most people expect. From mortgage and lead generation in my early 20s, to selling high-end luxury plumbing and lighting for designers and builders at Ferguson Enterprises, to building teams for loss mitigation, foreclosure operations, and commercial real estate. I have been in this industry from more angles than most people know exist. What that gave me wasn’t just a resume. It was a deep, firsthand understanding of how homes are bought, sold, financed, serviced, and experienced.
That creative obsession never went away. I spent years building my eye for design, photography, and storytelling, running brand collaborations, producing events, and learning firsthand what makes people stop, pay attention, and feel something. Agently Branded is where all of it finally came together.
How I did it
I entered the mortgage industry in lead generation at 20 years old. What started as a foot in the door quickly turned into a full immersion. I moved through various positions within loan origination with processing, appraisals and closing. By the time I landed at New Century Mortgage, I wasn’t just working files. I was building the Loss Mitigation team from scratch, creating processes and new roles like the Reinstatement Specialists to QA structures, and operational procedures with no existing playbook to follow.

Blogging, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, photography, community building, I was deep in it. I ran events connecting bloggers, photographers, and brands. Working with Real Estate agents on converting from a corporate brand to a personal brand. I built audiences. I learned firsthand what it takes to make someone feel something through a screen. And at the same time my creative side was growing, my corporate side grew as well. From assisting some of the top producing Loan Officers in the company to helping build roles within Commercial Real Estate portfolio management.

The rise of short-term rentals created a whole new kind of host… people who had beautiful spaces but no brand behind them. Real estate agents who were building personal businesses but still showing up with corporate collateral that didn’t feel like them. I had spent years sitting at the intersection of real estate and creative strategy, and I could see the gap clearly. A gorgeous Airbnb with no personality. A top producing agent with no differentiation. The experience wasn’t being designed. And I knew I could fix that.
